3 Entry Age — Adults 18 to 65 year ( parent and parent in law can be covered in a single policy).
— Dependent children : 3 months to 25 year children can be covered along with parents
Note:– Beyond 3 children can also be covered in a single policy.

6 Medical Screening — Persons above 50 year of age medical screening is required.
7 Instalment premium options — monthly / quarterly / half-yearly / annual – options available.
8 Co – pay — 5% of co-pay for all claims.
9 Sum insured Options (RS) — 1 lakh 1.5 lakh 2 lakh 2.5 lakh 3 lakh 3.5 lakh 4 lakh 4.5 lakh 5 lakh 5.5 lakh 6 lakh 6.5 lakh 7 lakh 7.5 lakh 8 lakh 8.5 lakh 9 lakh 9.5 lakh 10 lakh
10 Room Rent RS (perday) — up to 2% of the sum insured max of RS. 5000.
11 ICU (RS) perday — up to 5% of sum insured max of RS 10,000.
12 Road Ambulance — RS 2000 /- per hospitalization.
13 Day care procedures — all day care procedures are covered.
14 Pre & post hospitalization — 30 days and 60 days (actuals)
15 Ataract (RS) — up to 25% sum interct per each eye in one policy year.
16 Modern Treatments — up to 50% of the sum insured.
17 Ayush Treatments — up to 100% sum insured.
18 NCB — 5% in respect of each claim free policy year subject to maximum of 50%
19 Tax benefits — Available under section 80 D of the IT act in respect of the premium paid by any mode other than cash.
20 Premium Discount — Rural discount 20% of the premium.
21 Initial waiting period — 30 days for all illnesses/ surgeries/ diseases (exceptaccidenty).
22 For Specific Diseases — 24 consecutive months (full list refer the policy wording)
— 48 consecutive months (Treatment for joint replacement unless arising from accident and age – related osteorthritiy & osteoporosis.
23 For pre — existing Disease — 48 consecutive months.
